How to take Iconic Iron
Iconic Iron can be taken with or without food.
Take it at least 30 minutes away from tea, coffee and calcium-rich foods, as these can interfere with iron absorption.
The appropriate daily amount varies according to age, life stage and individual iron requirements. Follow the directions on the product packaging or the advice of your healthcare practitioner.

Who is Iconic Iron suitable for?
Iconic Iron is a plant-based iron supplement suitable for adults and children aged one year and over, subject to appropriate individual guidance.
It may be considered by people with increased iron requirements or inadequate dietary iron intake, including menstruating women, pregnant women, vegetarian or vegan eaters and people undertaking intensive exercise.
Iron supplementation is not appropriate for everyone. People with haemochromatosis or another condition associated with iron overload should not take Iconic Iron.
